Agencourt accessories are designed specifically to work with Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization (SPRI) reagent systems and are optimized for Beckman Coulter Biomek Laboratory Automated Workstations. The magnet plates are compliant with SBS guidelines and are compatible with robotic plate stackers.

	Agencourt SPRIPlate 96R Magnet Plate Designed for use with SPRI reagent kits in 96-well format. Used with round bottom 96-well microplates, and 96-well thermocycling plates. See the CleanSEQ protocol for compatible plates. The Agencourt SPRIPlate 96R Magnet Plate has the same dimensions as the Agencourt SPRIPlate Super Magnet Plate and all 96-well plates compatible with the Super Magnet Plate will also fit on SPRIPlate 96R. Use SPRIPlate 96R magnet plate to separate smaller volumes, up to 350 µl.
	Agencourt SPRIPlate Super Magnet Plate Designed for use with SPRI reagent kits in 96-well format. See the DNAdvance, Genfind v2, FormaPure, and RNAdvance Tissue, RNAdvance Blood and RNAdvance Cell v2 protocols for compatible plate types. Agencourt SPRIPlate Super Magnet Plate has the same dimensions as the Agencourt SPRIPlate 96R Magnet plate, but has stronger magnets and is designed to separate larger volumes (350 - 1000 µl) or provide faster separation times for smaller volumes.
	Agencourt SPRIPlate 384 Post Magnet Plate 96 post magnet plate designed for use with 384-well thermocycling plates.
	Agencourt SPRIstand 6 Position Tube Magnet Designed for lower throughput users. The 6 position stand is compatible with 1.5 mL, 1.7 mL and 2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes.
	Agencourt SPRI 384-Well Direct Inject Plate The Direct Inject Plate is used with the Agencourt CleanSEQ dye terminator removal reagent and allows a 384-well PCR† reaction plate to be placed directly into the Applied Biosystem* 3130, 3100, 3730 and 3730xl DNA Analyzers. Use of the Direct Inject Plate saves sample transfer into a separate new plate as well as significantly reducing handling time.

	Agencourt Ale Bacterial Growth Media Agencourt Ale is recommended and optimized for use in conjunction with the Agencourt CosMCPrep plasmid purification kit. The Agencourt Ale media improves bacterial growth conditions to increase DNA yields for sequencing and is offered in standard 1 liter size bottles.
	Agencourt Birdfeeder The Agencourt Birdfeeder is a simple reagent delivering device formatted for automated microplate processing on Beckman Coulter Biomek FX and NX Laboratory Automation Workstations. The unit fits on any standard Biomek FX or NX deck ALPs positioned on the outside columns of the deck and holds up to 1 liter of reagent solution. The Agencourt Birdfeeder maintains a steady fluid level inside the reagent trough and is an excellent alternative to customized continuous reagent delivery systems. Slight modifications to the instrument may be required.
