Custom Microarray

Beckman Coulter Genomics has developed a wealth of experience processing the leading commercial microarrays, including Affymetrix GeneChip* Arrays and Agilent 60-mer oligonucleotide microarrays, for more than fifteen species. We also have extensive custom microarray design capabilities. We have developed many custom microarrays using public domain as well as proprietary content exclusive to our clients. We have also co-developed microarrays with Agilent that have become part of their product catalog. We leverage these strengths to design novel microarrays with customized and/or proprietary content to provide tailored solutions for our clients.

Custom microarrays can be designed on either the Affymetrix GeneChip or Agilent 60-mer oligonucleotide platform. We offer Affymetrix MyGeneChip* and Agilent SurePrint Custom microarrays. Beckman Coulter Genomics can mix and match existing content along with custom-designed probes to create arrays featuring unique content. With either program you can be assured that your custom microarray will be manufactured to the same exacting specifications as catalog microarrays.
