Affymetrix Platform
Beckman Coulter Genomics is an authorized Affymetrix GeneChip* Service Provider. We use Affymetrix GeneChip FS450 Fluidics Stations, Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000s (with 48-place autoloaders), and the complete suite of Affymetrix GeneChip products and microarrays. This state-of-the-art system combines high throughput with high resolution scanning to support a variety of gene expression applications.

Agilent Platform

We use the market-leading Agilent DNA Microarray Scanner with a 48-slide autoloader and SureScan High-Resolution Technology. The full complement of Agilent gene expression products and microarrays can be accessed through our services. We provide both one-color and two-color high resolution scanning to support a multitude of gene expression applications.
