QuickLane Express Sequencing
Beckman Coulter Genomics’ QuickLane sequencing pipeline allows for the rapid turnaround of sequence data for individual research samples. High quality sequence can be generated from purified PCR† products and both low copy and high copy plasmid templates using customer-provided primers or free universal primers. Sequencing reads with accompanying quality score reports are delivered via FTP site within 24 hours of sample receipt.

Beckman Coulter Genomics’ Galaxy LIMS system tracks sample performance, well-to-well genealogy, instrument calibration, instrument performance, reagent quality, and assay data from the moment your samples enter Beckman Coulter Genomics to the time data is shipped.
Samples for quick turnaround sequencing are submitted in 2D Bar Coded Tubes or 96-well microtiter plates. DNA and primers can be submitted pre-mixed or independently.
