1. Obtain a service quotation

• If you are a former Cogenics customer and have not yet been contacted by a Cogenics representative we recommend you speak with your sales representative or call our dedicated hotline +1 866 359 7177

2. Prepare your samples according to the Sample Preparation Guidelines

• For technical support regarding sample preparation and submission please contact +1 800 361 7780 and ask to speak with a project manager

3. Create an on-line account for order submission, management and data retrieval

4. Once logged into your account click “Create a New Project”

5. Enter your project name

6. Select the service of choice

• Click the service name for a description of the service offered
• Your service quotation will also reference the name of the service
• Not sure which service to select? Call +1 800 361 7780 and ask to speak with a project manager

7. Complete the form and click “Submit”

• Be sure to click the “submit” button otherwise we will not be notified of your submission

8. Print a copy of the Project Submission Form (PSF)

• Including a copy of the PSF with your samples will facilitate a quick and smooth transition into our pipeline

9. Prepare your samples for shipping
